We are glad to confirm that the International Workshop "Search and photometry of optical transient sources in the era of LIGO/Virgo" - 2018 will take place as planned.
The workshop will start on Monday, 25 June, and will finish on Friday, 29 June. The LOC will provide the bus travel from IKI (Moscow) to Tarusa and back:
- June 24, 15:00 the bus from IKI to Tarusa;
- June 30, 10:00 the bus from Tarusa to IKI (arrival approx. at 14:00 to IKI).
Please, note this information while planning your travel.
Transfer from Moscow to Tarusa and back, accommodation and meals in Tarusa will be paid by the LOC.

Please, confirm your participation in the workshop by answering this e-mail before May, 10. (You may want also provide your arrival/departure information, if it is available.)
If you'd like to make a talk (10-15 min) which is not scheduled in preliminary agenda, please, provide us a title and co-authors of the talk. We will try to arrange the talk in the workshop schedule.

Workshop languages: English/Russian.
Besides the morning lectures on astrophysics we are planning to make a practical lessons on advanced IRAF photometry.
Mandatory requirements for the practical lessons attendance:
- laptop with Linux (Ubuntu 14.04 and later, Mint 17 and later);
- installed IRAF or pyRAF (with X11, ds9);
- basic practice in IRAF FITS reduction and photometry (ccdred, apphot, daophot)
- Aladin or another sky atlas;
Internet will be provided it the hotel via Wi-Fi.
