Estimado Roberto Verzubov,
Atte,
Comite Organizador

The International Scientific Optical Network (ISON) project was established to carry out regular space surveillance of population of artificial objects in field of high altitude orbits population (mainly GEO and space debris). Started in 2004, now the network includes 10 observatories in 8 countries and additionally 14 observatories collaborate or/and preparing to join the project. 16 new telescopes with wide-field view (from 12.5 to 50 cm in diameter) were made and 25 modern CCD-cameras were purchased. Also other telescopes of the collaborating observatories were modernized with optics and computer control systems.
To optimize working the network, the photometry of asteroids was begun. The mainly targets of these joint observations are Near-Earth Asteroids (NEAs) as hazardous objects for the Earth civilization. The observations are directed to measure lightcurves (to investigate physical properties of the asteroids) and astrometric positions first of all of newly discovered NEAs and Potentially Hazardous Asteroids (PHAs). We also are involved in work for searching binary asteroids and investigation of YORP-effect (named after Yarkovsky-O’Keeffe-Radzievskii-Paddack). The obtained results are presented.
We also present a new project of the ISON to establish a new observatory at Tolar Grande in the Sierra Macon region (Salta province). The project is opened for collaboration.
