From March 29 to March 31, 2011, the Max-Planck-Institut
für Radioastronomie (MPIfR), Bonn, Germany, in cooperation
with the Institut für Geodäsie und Geoinformation der
Universität Bonn (IGG Bonn) will host the
20th Meeting of the European VLBI Group for Geodesy and
Astrometry (EVGA)
and the
12th Analysis Workshop of the International VLBI Service
for Geodesy and Astrometry (IVS).
With this email we like to remind you that the deadline for submissions
of abstracts is
February 1, 2011
and that the deadline for registration for participants without a
presentation is
February 28, 2011.
Schedule:
Tuesday March 29 and Wednesday March 30, all day: 20th Meeting of EVGA
Thursday March 30, morning: 12th IVS Analysis Workshop
Thursday March 30, afternoon: Excursion to MPIfR Effelsberg 100m telescope
Friday April 1, all day: 25th IVS Directing Board Meting
Due to a limitation of seats in the auditorium of 70, we
strongly advise to register your participation as early as
possible so that we are able to plan the logistics satisfactorily.
Please be advised that we do not charge a conference fee.
The conference dinner for registered participants only will take place
in Restaurant DaCapo (

at 19.00h hosted by Max-Planck-Institut für Radioastronomie
of the Max-Planck-Gesellschaft.
